The free version of Fantastical offers more than enough for most users however the $6.99/month Flexibits Premium subscription comes with a Calendly-style scheduling feature (which I rely on to manage interviews across time zones) as well as a myriad of customization options and unlimited Calendar Sets that swap between depending on your current Focus mode or other aspects.
