Synopsis
The Peabody Award-winning and critically acclaimed series follows Sam, who on the surface is a real citizen who, behind the scenes, struggles to fit into the structures and expectations of his hometown. Sam struggles with loss and acceptance and finds salvation in singing. It takes him on a journey to find himself and a community of misfits who don’t fit in but don’t give up, proving that it’s always possible to find like-minded people and a voice. The series tackles themes of change and growth against all odds.
